4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click on "Return Item" and select the reason for return
- Print the return shipping label provided
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the return label and drop off at your nearest shipping location

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or Wrong Item: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Changed Mind/No Longer Needed: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Damaged During Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Send you an email confirmation that we have received your returned item
- Inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Send you a notification when the refund has been issued

9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

10. Wrong Item Received

11. Late or Missing Refunds
